9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 12.2. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
